| Wonderful enamel and sterling modernist pin by Ed Wiener and Carol Janeway, NYC, c.1950's. Heavy gauge(WEIGHS 55 GRAMS!) decorative layered silver bezel around a gold and blue enamel bird signed "CB" for the enamelist Carol Janeway. Wiener would often construct a piece around a beautiful gem stone, or Salvador Dali coin, etc. Pin measures 2" round by 1/2" high and is signed "ED.WIENER STERLING robot-head mark". This "robot-head mark" is a rare mark used on some early Wiener pieces.
