| Early period art deco metal jewelry clip of black man's face, c.1920's. He is wearing a white painted handkerchief on his head which has the tied ends hanging down next to a brass earring. He shows the attitude of the times with "nappy" hair, large painted whites of the eyes, and a smiling painted red mouth and white teeth. Made of heavy gauge metal. Back is missing one of the two clip prongs - but is works fine. Bits of white paint on the handkerchief is missing and there is some fading of black metal color.
