Sterling bangle by California silversmith, Allan Adler, c.1960's. Handmade and of heavy gauge silver, it measures 2 3/8" diameter and is 3/4" wide. This very substantial piece has a decorative braiding on each side of the sheet silver. It is signed "ALLAN ADLER STERLING" and is in excellent condition. Large handmade mixed metals(gold and silver) modernist pin with blue oval chalcedony(1 1/4" by 7/8"), c.1960's. The stone is bezel set off center. The design consists of positive and negative space, as shown with applied dimensional gold and silver geometric pieces versus handcut holes. Pin has substantial weight and measures a VERY LARGE 2 5/8" IN DIAMETER. Very rich with a high level of artistry and original design. Architectural modernist sterling horse head earrings by Paul Lobel(1899-1983), c.1950's. These earrings show a stylized horse head with applied silver wire forming a dimensional profile. The silver is cut unevenly to show the mouth and each measures 1" wide by 3/4" long. In excellent condition, each are signed "LOBEL STERLING". One of the best figural modernist designs ever executed. Very rare and large sterling, copper, and brown and black agate earrings by the famous modernist, Sam Kramer(1913-1964), c.1950. Very lush design with very unusual stones(3/4" in diameter), measuring a generous 2" by 1 1/8". Modernist handmade necklace signed "SAM W. GRAVES STERLING", c.1950's. It combines an art deco and Native American feel in an interesting geometric chevron design.
