Four amethyst bars set in 9970 silver ring by Antonio Pineda. Marked "ANTONIO TAXCO(in crown) 970 STERLING MEXICO eagle mark". Size 7 1/4 - 7 1/2 and in excellent condition. RARE and BEST Salvador Teran necklace I've ever seen and possibly one of a kind. Made in Mexico, c.1952, it is a LARGE pendant of a woman praying wearing a shawl and skirt measuring 2 3/4" long by 1 1/4" wide. She has red arms and a black face, but not sure what those materials are. The linked neckring locks perfectly in place and measures approx. 15 1/4" around. Dramatic large hand made sterling Mayan face/headdress pin by LOS CASTILLO, Mexico, 1942. Measures 3 1/4" by 2 1/4" and signed "LOS CASTILLO TAXCO STERLING MADE IN MEXICO 530". This pin has a barette-type of closure. However, the points are very sharp so is not a barette but rather an alternate type of pin closure. Wonderful pin measures 3 3/8" long by 2 1/8" wide and is signed "RD 960".
