Wonderfully designed hand made necklace by MAYA, Mexico, c.1950's after a Hubert Harmon design. Maya frequently copied Harmon designs. Looks just like silver with a great patina, but probably made of silver plate because there are no Mexican silver marks. The locking mechanism is separated from the main part by black velvet ribbon. Large four link RUSSIAN NIELLO 84 silver bracelet(comes with an extra link), at least from the 19th century, could be older. Has three marks including "84" Russian silver mark. Each link measures 2" by 1 1/4" and the inside circumference is 7 1/2" around. The bracelet has not opening so is made as a bangle. However, there is an extra link that can be added. Excellent condition.....$15 for insured US shipping.
