Dramatic large hand made sterling Mayan face/headdress pin by LOS CASTILLO, Mexico, 1942. Measures 3 1/4" by 2 1/4" and signed "LOS CASTILLO TAXCO STERLING MADE IN MEXICO 530". This pin has a barette-type of closure. However, the points are very sharp so is not a barette but rather an alternate type of pin closure. Top oval measures 3/4"+ by 1/2" and is size 6. Band indents near top(see photo #4) so is part of the design of the ring. The signed bracelet measures 8" closed and has 8 links. The unsigned bracelet is 7 1/2" closed and has 7 links. They both measure 7/8" wide and have identical safety chains.
