Early SAM KRAMER modernist sterling ring with rutilated quartz cabochon, c.1948. Top is raised in best Kramer style with 4 tubes of silver and stone is set in darkened silver inset background(photo #1 is lighter than actual background). Top oval measures 3/4"+ by 1/2" and is size 6. Band indents near top(see photo #4) so is part of the design of the ring. Signed with "mushroom mark sterling" and is in excellent condition.....$15 for insured US shipping.

Torque necklace of sterling and onyx by Sigi Pineda, Mexico, c.1955. Marked "SIGI TASCO HECHO EN MEXICO STERLING (eagle mark) 36 (number is hard to see as it's deeply imbedded, so possibly) 310". Of good size it measures 16" around closed and the silver-backed onyx opens with a peg hinge. Elegant design in excellent condition.....$15 for insured shipping.

Very decorative 14k Victorian hinged bracelet, c.1880. Unmarked but tests 14k and there is a 24 carat rose gold overlay. Beautiful applied Etruscan design sits atop the bracelet. Large mixed metal fish pin by Rafael Dominguez, Mexico, 1943. Primarily made of 960 silver, there are copper and brass inset accents "marrying" the metals. Wonderful pin measures 3 3/8" long by 2 1/8" wide and is signed "RD 960". Early LOS CASTILLO("#1" design) modernist mixed metal and obsidian bracelet, Mexico, c.1940. Beautifully constructed, there are two curved brass arms that connect to a circular piece of obsidian that turns freely. The brass arms are attached to the sterling locking ends. Wonderfully designed hand made necklace by MAYA, Mexico, c.1950's after a Hubert Harmon design. Maya frequently copied Harmon designs. Looks just like silver with a great patina, but probably made of silver plate because there are no Mexican silver marks. The locking mechanism is separated from the main part by black velvet ribbon. Of large scale, the largest irregular square measures 2" wide by 1 3/4" high and the necklace measures 15 1/2" around. The silver connecting rings ...click for details
